✦ We use high end tucker poles with water filtration systems to avoid any water streaks. We also clean windows by hand with squeegees and scrubbers when tucker poles won’t work. When needed we offer a stronger chemical clean and scrub to get off mineral deposits on glass. Our approach leaves you with streak free windows!

✦ We have invested in high quality ladders to safely reach the high windows. Our ladders all have 'ladder supports', which are padded. Your gutters and siding are treated with respect!

✦ Most window cleaners simply spray the window screens with a garden hose. We clean the screens by hand, first washing the screen and then towel dry them. This makes a significant difference!

✦ When we clean your gutters, we clean the inside and outside of the gutter by hand and with high power vacuums, effectively removing those nasty vertical dirt lines. Instead of pressure washing the gunk all over your yard, it is transported by buckets or via the vacuum.
